Indoor Instruction Facilities

The Cherokee Valley Golf Academy offers one, two, and three-day sessions, including the Golf Academy Short Game School, and custom-tailored private instruction packages. All of the programs include state-of-the-art video analysis. Whether you are new to the game or a low handicapper, we have a program that will help you play better golf!

The Academy features one of the greatest Golf Staffs in the country: PGA Golf Pro, Dave Maga; Augusta National Golf Pro, Bob Kletcke; and PGA National Golf Instructor, Brian Floriani.

The Golf Academy Fitting Center at Cherokee Valley is all about helping golfers find the equipment to best suit their game. Want to hit it farther? With our Vector Pro launch monitor, we can help you find the driver that will hit it as far as you are capable. In addition to driver fittings, we do iron fittings, wedge fittings, putter fittings and can help you select the clubs that should be included in your set. We feature club fitting systems from Ping, Taylor Made, and Nike.

When you take advantage of our Golf Academy facilities, you will quickly improve your game while learning the skills you need to become your own golf coach in the future, continuing to improve even after you leave the school!

PRACTICE FACILITIES

Cherokee Valley offers chipping areas, practice sand bunkers, and a 300-plus yard driving range with six large target greens. Our large practice putting green is perfect for working on your short game and our protected hitting bays allow you to practice in all kinds of weather.

Cherokee Valley’s knowledgeable staff—certified by PGA —can analyze your swing or give you pointers whenever you need help.
